Friendly staff. Was allowed to check in very early (before 10.30am) after an early flight from Birmingham. Less then 15 minutes by taxi from airport and very close to the Double Tree Hotel which was my conference venue. 20-40 minute walk to the central.pedestrian area with restaurants. Good breakfast...buffet style. Wonderful park nearby with red squirrels at every turn :-)

A pleasant, easily accessible hotel very close to the central pedestrian street. Since the hotel is located in the stormy building of a former factory, we were surprised by the spacious room and particularly high ceilings, which are very useful in hot weather in combination with a high air conditioner. A very rich selection of food for breakfast. As promised in the service description, takeaway coffee is offered.

Great spacious rooms, high ceilings, comfy beds and additional lovely touch with 2 pillows each. Also little extras in bathroom like cotton pads, cotton buds and pocket nail files! Quiet location and walking distance to the city centre.

The hotel itself is very clean and very helpful and friendly service that can help you any questions you got whether it's about the hotel or the city itself if you need help with anything and very big rooms too with option to choose breakfast if you want and very convenient access to trams /bus that takes you to the city centre (Piotrkowska street) that's only 1 stop or 12 so minutes if you walk (doable). Would recommend and stay here again. Also if you want to purchase tram / public transport tickets to get round the city - there is no machines to buy tickets, have to buy in the tram or the next nearest station at Piotrkowska Centrum on Piotrkowska Street.

Very good value for money😉 We arrived at late evening,I thought we were alone in the whole hotel😆But in the morning things got better. Lots of young people with children were at the breakfast. And I can assure you- the breakfast was more than good. C'mon, if you are looking for a 5* hotel go and look for another one. Of you will ask if I will come back again - the answer will be YESSSSS🫡 Good job everyone there💪

Very clean spacious room, superb breakfast, helpful staff who helped with easy check in. Especially I would like to mention Mateusz and his colleague who helped me with turning on the AC but don't remember her name.The best we liked were the takeaway wrapped sandwiches and the takeaway coffee.whoever brought this idea should be generously rewarded.overall a superb stay here.

Exceptional breakfast! So much choice, great breakfast room layout, good coffee, make your own waffles. Room was big, loved a big posh window. Had dinner and it was superb. Girl in the restaurant was really helpful.

The room was clean, spacious. Breakfast were great - lots to choose from, good taste and even had gluten free options. Parking was good.

Very nice hotel in the walking distance from the main city attractions, just next to a tram station. Large and clean room, very rich breakfast, reasonable prize. Convenient parking for a reasonable prize too. No problems at all, I must recommend it.
